Pacchi tomato roti pachadi




Pacchi/raw  tomatos

Ingredidents:



Tomatos 3



Green chillies 10



Garlic cloves 3



Tamarindpaste 1tsp



cumin seeds 2tsps


Take a skillet with onetbsp oil and when the oil gets heated add the Tomato chunks and the chillies.On medium heat fry them till the tomato losses the water content.Take them all in a mixie jar,making sure that all the contents are not too hot.Add a teaspoon of tamarind paste and two tea spoons salt.Run in a mixer when the contents are not very hot.Making sure that the contents are mixed and coarsely blended.Add a teaspoon of cumin seeds and two garlic cloves and switch on the mixer again.Adjust the salt accordingly.We have to see that it doesnt not become a smooth paste.Take 0ne spoon oil in a skillet and heat it add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chanadal,broken red chillie.crush a garlic clove and add. When the mustard seeds start to spultter add the curry leaves.Switch of the heat.Add the content from the mixie jar to the skillet.Garnish with coriander.Tastes good with rice or chapatti.Can be had in tiffins like dosa.
